Flights diverted to Clark due to bad weather – Ang Kwan

Manila, Philippines  –  Due to bad weather, some Manila-bound flights of giant airline companies, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines, were diverted to Clark International Airport.

Cebu Pacific flight 5J 505 from Tuguegarao, 5J 930 from Bangkok and 5J 900 from Caticlan were diverted.

For Philippine Airlines, flight PR2814 from Davao was diverted. It landed in Clark, Pampanga at 2:22 p.m., spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said via ABS-CBN.

As per PAGASA weather advisory no. 2, the Philippines has a Low Pressure Area at 30 km East Northeast of Iloilo. The weather system will bring moderate to heavy rains over Visayas, Bicol Region, CARAGA, Zamboanga Peninsula and the province of Palawan.
